4.5 hour Striped Bass Charter: 550.00, 1-4 anglers, additional rider 50.00
Catch mackerel (our live bait) with Captain Ben and mate and then cruise to our first striper spot. This is our most popular charter which provides you with an experience you will remember from Maine’s coastal views to catching striped bass within a reasonable amount of time. We could fish coves/inlets, mouths of tidal rivers, the rocky shoreline and sandy beaches throughout the duration of our charter. The boat is dedicated to you and your party.
3 hour “Jig the Ledges” 425.00, 1-4 anglers, additional rider 50.00
Jig the ledges, inside the 3 mile line, for a variety of species of fish. The jig technique is fun, effective, and easy to learn. Enjoy the scenery of local islands, lighthouses, and marine life as we move from ledge to ledge fishing in 50—125 feet. Fish could include mackerel, cunner, sculpin, red fish, pollock, cusk, and bi catch of cod. Ask about in season species before your trip.
2.0 hour Build your own adventure with the Captain: 325.00, 1-6 guests, additional hourly rate is 75.00 per hour
Come aboard the Summer Girl and build your own adventure with Captain Ben on this trip. Some ideas from trips we have done in the past have been a sunrise cruise, sunset cocktails, harbor cruise, lunch/dinner by water, swimming in the bays, visiting scenic lighthouses, cruise to see the puffins (weather dependent) trips to Bath and Damariscotta, watching marine life, Island hopping, and boat picnics. Let your imagination run wild! If you want pick-up at your vacation rental or nearby dock, we can do that locally (within the Boothbay area). The boat is dedicated to you and your party of guests.
2.0 hour “The Local" Fishing Charter: 325.00 1-4 guests, add up to two riders 50.00 per person
Great fishing option for the family or those that want to bend a few rods with a quick fishing expedition. On the Summer Girl we will jig for mackerel and pollock. We can fish up to 4 guests at once and get ready for some action as the sabiki rigs can come up with 4-5 fish at once. We will likely visit 3-4 fishing spots during our trip with lighthouses as a backdrop and local lobstermen nearby hauling though their gear. No experience needed, if you are old enough to hold a rod and reel (hang on tight) this trip is for you. Getting on the water during your Maine vacation is a must. Having the boat all to the party you bring makes it easy, accommodating, and provides you with a fun, quick, adventure on the Maine coast.
